Card Shop/Crown Room Catering

Crown Room Catering: Any Hallmark Retiree can access the Crown Room Catering website by creating an account at hallmark.catertrax.com (if one has not been created).  A Retiree can order specialty bakery items such as pumpkin bread, Texas sheet cake, and other bakery items.   Pick-up for non-holiday orders would be picked up at the McGee Circle Drive (25^th & McGee) Mon-Thu by 10am.

2025 Thanksgiving Curbside Pickup

Curbside Pickup will be WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 26th (between 10am-2pm, at McGee Circle Drive)

• Place your on-line order beginning Tuesday, November 4th thru Monday, November 24^th by noon.

• At check-out, choose a time within a 1 hour block of time – example 10am-11am, 11am-12pm, 12pm-1pm or 1pm-2pm (orders are sorted by time, please arrive within the 1 hour time chosen)
• Curbside pick-up will be at McGee Circle Drive, remain in your vehicle, if paying by check – have payment ready to give to the attendant, we will place your order directly into your trunk!
• Payment types available for Retirees:
  • • Pay with Check, or Money Order made payable to Hallmark Cards Inc, and have the Invoice number on your form of payment

Kansas City Surplus shopping event dates for 2025 are:

•  Oct 20^th
• Nov 10^th
• Dec 15^th
• 8 am-11am
• Surplus Shop only
• Same as last year –park Corp Entrance and follow the signs 4D lobby
• Retirees will check in at Security and can shop the Surplus Shop without an escort.
• One guest only
• Credit only Visa, MasterCard and Discover

To purchase Keepsakes with a discount:

1. Shop in person in any of our plant locations (Leavenworth, Lawrence or Liberty) during open hours (listed below).  50% discount
2. Order on the Retiree Website (use the Order Forms listed below).  We offer shipping (includes a shipping fee) or an in house pickup service during our scheduled Retiree events in the Surplus Shop (dates TBD in the near future).  50% discount
3.  Shop at Amy’s in Crown Center during open hours.  40% discount on most Hallmark and Allied products.
