Surplus shopping event dates for 2026 are:

  • 8 am-11am
  • Surplus Shop only
  • Same as last year –park Corp Entrance and follow the signs 4D lobby
  • One guest only (this includes a child)
  • Credit only V, MC and Discover

As future dates are approved, they will be posted here.  Retirees can shop in any of the plant card shops during open hours.

Liberty, Leavenworth, and Lawrence Card Shops open to Retirees!

To purchase with a discount:

  1. Shop in person in any of our plant locations (Leavenworth, Lawrence or Liberty) during open hours (click here).  50% discount
  2. Order on the Retiree Website (use the Order Forms click here).  We offer shipping (includes a shipping fee) or an in-house pickup service during our scheduled Retiree events in the Surplus Shop (dates TBD in the near future).  50% discount
  3.  Shop at Amy’s in Crown Center during open hours.  40% discount on most Hallmark and Allied products.

Crown Room Catering

Any Hallmark Retiree can access the Crown Room Catering website by creating an account at hallmark.catertrax.com (if one has not been created).  A Retiree can order specialty bakery items such as pumpkin bread, Texas sheet cake, and other bakery items (as well as Thanksgiving Carryout, the Holiday site will go LIVE the 1st Wednesday in November).  Pick-up for non-holiday orders would be picked up at the McGee Circle Drive (25th & McGee) Mon-Thu by 10am.
