I’m a visual artist with a fondness for cats and other furry, feathery and fishy characters. I love working in watercolor, cut paper and all sorts of mixed media. I have originals and art prints for sale plus books and cards.

What inspires you to create?

I’m very inspired to created daily because of the mystery of the creative process. I also have two kitties near me in the studio who also inspire me!

What advice would you give to people looking to express their creativity?

The best advice is to jump in! Even if scribbling! Moving with line, paint or paper is the best way to engage creativity. It is always available when you move your hand. This and to ignore the inner critic. It doesn’t know what it is talking about.

How does your art connect with people?

I love to connect with people through cute and humorous animals. I often have a small story going on in my work that evoke a happy mood or a chuckle. 🙂
