Hallmark Hosts First Enterprise-Wide Diversity & Inclusion Summit

Hallmark’s commitment to D&I has always been inherently embedded in our company’s mission, but over the course of 2020, we took steps the elevate our work with renewed energy, focus and accountability. One of the ways we did this was by hosting our first Diversity and Inclusion Virtual Summit that included speakers from Hallmark Global, Crayola and Crown Media Family Networks. The purpose of the summit was to share with employees the ongoing actions the businesses were taking together to continually cultivate diversity and inclusion and for leaders to share what they were doing collectively to align with the D&I framework.

“Hallmark’s D&I work is centered on demonstrating our care for our consumers and for one another; creating products and content inspired by every life experience; and designing a workplace where every employee feels included, respected and able to contribute their very best,” said Kristen Harris, vice president of D&I, who moderated the discussion. “The D&I Summit was an opportunity for us to share this ongoing work with our enterprise-wide employees so they could hear from their leaders firsthand and learn about their commitment to D&I within their respective organizations.

Hallmark’s D&I work is centered on demonstrating our care for our consumers and for one another.
