The Hallmark Visitors Center is located adjacent to Hallmark Headquarters in the southeast corner of our sweeping Crown Center complex in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
Admission is FREE.
Plan about an hour for your visit to view exhibits in the galleries and watch a touching short film about the foundation and evolution of Hallmark.
The Visitors Center is positioned on one level.

Garage Parking
You may utilize Red and Blue level parking garages.
Red Garage: From 25th street, west of Pershing Rd and Gillham, the garage entry is temporarily marked “Interview Parking”. Take a ticket at the gate, and we will validate parking, providing 2 hours of free parking.
Blue Garage: From Grand St, access this sub-level garage. Keep your ticket for parking validation, giving you 2 hours of free parking.
On Foot
The Visitors Center is east of the Crown Center Shops, across Grand. We are closest to the Hallmark Cards headquarters building on the hill; southeast of the fountains, Legoland and Sea Life.
Once you arrive at the circle drive (25th and McGee) near the Hallmark Headquarters building, look for our Visitors Center purple welcome signage along our facade, just next to Kaleidoscope.
Accessible Parking
Standard-sized vehicles may park on the south side of 25th Street in the designated Hallmark Visitors Center/Kaleidoscope accessible parking spots with a provided Hallmark permit. Obtain a dated parking permit from the front desk Ambassadors within the Visitors Center to display on the dash of your vehicle; good for the full day of your visit.
Bus and Passenger Van Drop-off and Parking
School buses, tour buses, and large passenger vans may drop off passengers at our door front using 25th Street, west of E. Pershing Road and Gillham. The entrances to the Hallmark Visitors Center and Kaleidoscope are accessed from the circle drive, known as Hallmark Square.
