FAQ

What will we see?

There’s so much to see at the Hallmark Visitors Center! Interactive displays and fascinating exhibits give you a glimpse into the rich history and creative spirit of Hallmark. And be sure to watch the film in our theatre created for Hallmark’s centennial.

What do you have for kids?

Our Artifact Search is a great scavenger hunt for kids and grown-ups, alike. Have fun looking for each object. We also have a bow machine that makes a star-shaped bow at the press of a button for each child to take home as a souvenir.

Will we have a chance to shop in a Hallmark store?

There is a mini-shop in the Hallmark Visitors Center lobby with a nice assortment of Hallmark products. The mini-shop is open from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. In addition, there is a Hallmark Gold Crown® store located on the second level of the Crown Center shopping complex for all your Hallmark shopping needs.

What else is available to do in your area?

We’re located in a vibrant and fun-filled section of Kansas City, so there’s definitely lots to do while you’re here. Crown Center has a food court and several sit-down restaurants available for dining. Most of the restaurants are located on the lower level of the shopping center. Feel free to ask a Hallmark Ambassador for additional recommendations for dining in the surrounding area.
