Plan Your Visit

The Hallmark Visitors Center is located in the Crown Center complex, in downtown Kansas City, MO. It offers something for everyone.  If you love history and are as fascinated by the Hallmark story as we think you will be, you’ll want to plan about an hour for your visit. Admission is free. The Hallmark Visitors Center is situated all on one level.

Accessible Parking:

Standard-sized vehicles may park on the south side of 25th Street in the designated Hallmark Visitors Center/Kaleidoscope accessible parking spots with a signed permit. Please obtain a signed parking permit from the front desk of the Hallmark Visitors Center to display on the dash of your vehicle.

Bus and Passenger Van Drop-off and Parking

School buses, tour buses, and large vans may drop-off passengers using the 25th Street circle drive off E. Pershing Road. The front entrances of both the Hallmark Visitors Center and Kaleidoscope are accessed via the circle drive.

Buses and large vans may park on either McGee Trafficway north of 26th Street or on Warwick Trafficway between 26th and 27th Streets.
