The Hallmark Visitors Center is located near the base of Hallmark Global Headquarters, 2501 McGee, in the southeast corner of Hallmark’s celebrated Crown Center district within downtown Kansas City. To see a map of our entire Crown Center entertainment and business complex, click here.
The Visitors Center lobby entrance is adjacent to Kaleidoscope, Hallmark’s free children’s creative studio.
Reservations are required for groups of 15 or more.
Garage Parking
Nearest to our lobby, you may utilize the red-level P5 Crown Center parking garage entrance. It is along 25th street, west of Pershing Rd and Gillham, by our circle drive in Hallmark Square.
Hallmark’s Crown Center parking facilities use pay-by-plate technology. Each time your vehicle drives through the entrance and exit, a camera takes a photo of your license plate and records a timestamp to note your garage use. When you drive out, your Metropolis account will automatically be charged for the duration of your parking session.
To sign up for a Metropolis garage in advance, simply scan the QR code (attached below) and add your current license plate number, credit/debit card and email, or you may do this upon arrival in our garages.

On Foot
The Hallmark Visitors Center is across the street from Crown Center Shops mall, east of Grand. We are closest to the Hallmark Cards headquarters building on the hill and southeast of the Crown Center fountains, Legoland, and Sea Life.
Once you arrive at our circle drive (25th and McGee) near the Hallmark Headquarters building, look for the purple Hallmark Visitors Center welcome sign at our entry, next door to Kaleidoscope kids’ studio.
Accessible Parking
Standard-sized vehicles may park in the P5 (red level) parking garage near the base of Hallmark Headquarters, 2501 McGee.
Oversized vehicles in need of accessible parking may utilize the designated “permit required” street spaces for Hallmark Visitors Center and Kaleidoscope. This area is marked and located directly across from the P5 garage entrance. The accessible parking permit for oversized vehicles can be picked up at the Visitors Center front desk. An Ambassadors will sign and date the permit for you. Display this accessible permit on the dash of your vehicle; visible to our Security team. It is valid for the full day of your Crown Center complex visit.
Alert: Without an accessible permit, vehicles parked on the hill of 25th Street (between McGee and Pershing) or obstructing the Fire Lane may be subject to ticket and tow.
Bus and Passenger Van Drop-off and Parking
School buses, tour/coach buses, shuttles, RVs, large passenger vans, and other oversized vehicles may park on Warwick Trafficway between 26th and 27th streets and along McGee near 26th Street in the designated curbside bus parking.
Buses and shuttles may drop off and pick up passengers via the circle drive, known as Hallmark Square, using 25th Street, west of E. Pershing Road and Gillham roads. Our lobby entrance is marked Visitors Center and adjacent to Kaleidoscope, our children’s creative studio.
