About Hallmark

Hallmark brings people together for life's big occasions and the smaller moments that can happen any day.Hallmark believes that when you care enough, you can change the world. That's why we are dedicated to creating a more emotionally connected world and making a difference in the lives of others.

Founded in 1910 by teenage entrepreneur J.C. Hall, and still led by members of our founding family today, Hallmark's businesses employ approximately 28,000 worldwide and generate revenues of approximately $4 billion.

Headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., Hallmark has a diverse portfolio of six businesses that offer a wide range of products distributed in more than 100 countries and 100,000 rooftops worldwide. These include top mass retailers and more than 2,000 company and independently owned Hallmark Gold Crown stores.

The Hallmark experience also extends online at Hallmark.com, through our retail partners' web sites, and on television through the top-rated Hallmark Channel (which airs our Hallmark Hall of Fame movies) and the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel.

In addition, our Crayola business inspires children's creativity to help provide kids the power to explore, discover and dream. We also welcome more than 5 million visitors annually to Crown Center, which serves as our real estate development business that oversees an 85-acre hotel, office, entertainment and residential campus surrounding Hallmark's headquarters.

While there are many ways to experience Hallmark, the experiences that matter most to the company are the ones our customers are able to share with their friends and loved ones. We strive each day to help those experiences - and those connections - come to life.

Throughout the company, we aim to be good community partners, believe embracing diversity and inclusion is the best way to understand and serve our employees and consumers, and strive to be environmentally responsible. This all helps to fulfill our purpose of inspiring meaningful relationships and enhancing lives.
