Hallmark Perspective on the U.S. Postal Service

A robust and stable U.S. Postal Service is vital to the American people, a goal that is threatened by its current financial crisis. However, solving its budget shortfalls through price increases and reductions of service will only make matters worse, said Hallmark President and CEO Donald J. Hall, Jr., in testimony last year before a joint hearing of the Senate and House subcommittees overseeing postal issues.
