Hallmark Cards, Inc. Collect Shipment Instructions

Prior to entering your shipment information, please determine if your shipment is applicable for parcel shipping.

PARCEL SHIPMENT INFORMATION:

Parcel Shipment Criteria:

• Under 200 lbs.
• 10 cartons or less
• Any one carton maximum is to be less than 130 inches combined length and girth (L+2H+2W) and not to exceed 70 lbs.

Ship via FEDEX GROUND “COLLECT”.

• Contact FedEx Ground Customer Service directly at 1-800-231-9219. Ask to be set up as a collect shipper and for instructions in shipping collect to Hallmark.

LTL AND TL SHIPMENT INFORMATION:

• If your company ships primarily less-than-truckload (LTL) or full truckload (TL) shipments to Hallmark Cards, Inc. please contact Hallmark Transportation Operations at transportation@hallmark.com to register for the Hallmark Global Transportation website.
• The system will advise you of the carrier via email once a carrier is selected.
• Prior to registering, we recommend that you contact your network administrator to set up a distribution email address. This address will allow the carrier notification to be sent to multiple personnel within your organization. This email address will be needed to complete your registration.
• In order to fully understand how to utilize the system you will receive a training manual to walk you through your initial shipments.
