How to Apply for Hallmark Product Donations

 

If your organization meets all of the requirements outlined in the Community Involvement Program Guidelines and relates to the mission of Hallmark's Community Involvement Program, our application process can be completed online using the Hallmark Product Donation Application.

Product donations are distributed through selected nonprofit organizations that can efficiently match availability with need. Paper party supplies, stationery, cards, and other excess products are donated to organizations for re-distribution to agencies addressing emergency, education and human service needs. Requirements of the product donation program include:

  • The donated products must be used to support the primary mission of the organization. 
  • Preference is given to organizations that will use Hallmark products to care for youth, the ill or needy.
  • The nonprofit organization must be equipped to accept multiple deliveries of product per year. Note: This requires a warehouse, receiving dock and personnel to unload semi-truckloads of product (500 standard cartons/24 pallets).
  • The donated products must not be resold.
  • The products must not be used for single occasions or fundraising activities such as raffles, auctions, prizes or guest bags.

The Hallmark Product Donation Consent Form must be downloaded, completed, and included with the online application.
